Nikki has been in customer service for over 10 years and joined OneFlorida Financial in January of 2025 as the office manager. She and her family live in Wesley Chapel, Florida and are originally from Milwaukee, WI. Her desire to help others, overseeing day-to-day operations and collaboration with the team help keep everything (and everyone) running smoothly.
When she is not in the office she enjoys photography, the beach and 80's rock.
